This program is designed to help improve well-being through eliminating triggers and installing belief in yourself. a) Hypnosis Sessions: personalized sessions to help you relax and focus on your goals. b) Counseling Appointments: one-on-one counselling sessions to support your mental health. c) Office hours: an optional group call with the current cohort d) Daily Coaching: daily messages to keep you motivated and on track. e) Resources: Access to helpful articles, videos, and tools to support your wellness.
