What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) coaching is helping you to find ways of living that make your life easier. With Judy, you are working with someone who lives with ADHD and knows what its like to have tips and tricks that work for others but not for you.
We will explore strategies and ideas to find ones and how to make them work for you!
1. Setting Goals: Goals could be getting better grades, staying organized, improving relationships with friends and family or whatever you want to achieve.
2. Creating a Plan: Your plan will include steps you can take every day to reach your goals
3. Building Skills: This might include making lists, using calendars, and setting reminders to manage your time, stay focused, and get things done.
4. Regular Check-Ins: Meet with your coach regularly. They can help you figure out what’s working and what’s not and make changes to your plan if needed.
5. Support and Encouragement: Your coach is there to cheer you on and help you stay motivated and keep trying, even when it’s hard.
Why It Helps
